Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you ("you" or "User") and I.E. Stanislav Shishankin, a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in Georgia, identification number 312767896 ("we", "us", or the "Operator").

"Services" means Myriad Paths and any related apps, websites, rooms, stories, accounts, virtual credits, content, features, technology, and support services we provide.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own entertainment and creative roleplaying purposes.

We provide access to the Services. We do not sell you the Services, software, apps, websites, models, prompts, systems, trademarks, content, or any other Operator intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, lease, sublicense, scrape, bulk extract, or use the Services to build a competing service, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, models, prompts, prices, virtual credits, beta features, and availability.

You may need an account to use some Services. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Services. If you are 13 or older but still a minor where you live, you may use the Services only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Some rooms may be private or membership-based. If you are not a member of a room, you may be placed in a lobby or asked to request access. Existing participants may accept or deny access requests.

"User Content" means content you submit, provide, upload, speak, type, select, create, confirm, or share through the Services.

"Service Records" means records created or processed through the Services, including account data, story state, room state, history, snapshots, shared content, feedback, reports, virtual credit transactions, payment metadata, device data, and technical logs.

You keep any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, perform, modify, and use User Content and Service Records as needed to operate, maintain, improve, moderate, protect, and enforce the Services, including generating story responses, character drafts, narration, images, recaps, snapshots, multiplayer room state, and shared content.

Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so.

"Output" means content generated, suggested, transformed, narrated, summarised, or otherwise produced by or through the Services.

Myriad Paths is for fictional, entertainment, and creative roleplaying use. Output is not legal, medical, financial, psychological, safety, emergency, educational, or other professional advice.

AI features are experimental, rapidly evolving, and may produce unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or unsafe Output. You use Output at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that Output will be unique, original, non-infringing, suitable for publication, or suitable for commercial use. Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on it.

You may use Output for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, unless we expressly allow otherwise.

The Services may let you make content available to others through a public or shareable link ("Shared Content"). Shared Content may include the related User Content, Output, images, metadata, and other context needed to display it.

When you create Shared Content, you authorise us to store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make it available through the share link. Anyone with the link may be able to view it, copy it, screenshot it, or send it to others.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not impose additional restrictions on people who receive or access Shared Content. They may view, copy, save, screenshot, repost, send, quote, or otherwise use it, including outside the Services. We do not control and are not responsible for what other people do with Shared Content after you share it.

Shared Content is not private. Do not share content that includes confidential information, personal information, third-party intellectual property, or anything you are not allowed to disclose.

You may disable a share link or request removal of Shared Content by contacting [email protected]. Where technically possible, we will disable the public share link. Removing Shared Content does not retrieve or delete copies, screenshots, reposts, quotes, or content already saved, sent, or cached outside the Services, and we may retain copies as described in these Terms.

Shared Content is intended to be accessed by link. We may apply technical measures such as noindex to discourage search-engine indexing of shared pages, but we do not guarantee that third parties or search engines will not access, copy, cache, index, or redistribute Shared Content.

"Virtual Credits" means any paid or free virtual resource, currency, point, credit, turn, token, balance, item, or similar feature shown in the Services for use within the Services.

Virtual Credits are licensed, not sold. They are not money, stored value, legal tender, bank deposits, securities, gift cards, or property. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn except where we expressly say otherwise or where required by law.

Purchases of Virtual Credits or other digital features are completed when we make them available to your account or when payment is charged, whichever occurs first. Prices, packages, availability, redemption rates, and features may change at any time.

You are responsible for all charges and applicable taxes incurred through your account. Purchases and redemptions of Virtual Credits or other digital features are non-refundable except where required by law, platform rules, or our express policy. We may correct duplicate charges or failed-generation credit errors by restoring Virtual Credits or otherwise correcting the affected account balance. If cost sharing is available and enabled, charges may be shared according to the settings shown in the Services.

Except where required by law, platform rules, or our express policy, purchases are final and unused Virtual Credits are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for money.

You may not use the Services to:

• violate law or the rights of others;
• create, submit, share, or request illegal content;
• harass, threaten, abuse, defame, impersonate, or dox anyone;
• create or request sexual content involving minors or exploitative content;
• upload or share content you do not have the right to use;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• create malware, phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive content;
• bypass or interfere with safety systems, payment systems, rate limits, moderation, virtual credits, or access controls;
• scrape, crawl, automate, benchmark, or bulk extract service data without permission;
• reverse engineer models, prompts, infrastructure, or non-public APIs;
• use Output to develop, train, improve, or benchmark a competing AI model or service;
• use the Services for professional advice, emergency decisions, or high-stakes decisions;
• use the Services where prohibited by law or sanctions;
• mislead others about AI-generated content where disclosure is legally or ethically required.

We may review User Content, Output, Service Records, rooms, shared content, account activity, payment activity, and technical signals to operate the Services, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, respond to reports, and comply with law.

We may remove content, disable shared links, restrict features, revoke promotional credits, suspend rooms, suspend or terminate accounts, block access, or take other action if we believe there has been abuse, legal risk, payment fraud, security risk, policy violation, or harm to other users or the Services.

We are not required to monitor all content or activity, and we do not guarantee that moderation will identify or remove all objectionable content.

The Services may depend on third-party services, including authentication providers, AI providers, speech recognition providers, text-to-speech providers, hosting providers, storage providers, payment processors, analytics providers, moderation tools, advertisers, and app stores.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. If you download or purchase through an app store, the app store's terms may also apply.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, abuse the Services, fail to pay amounts owed, initiate abusive chargebacks, or if we are required to do so by law.

After termination, unused Virtual Credits are not refundable or redeemable except where required by law, platform rules, or our express policy. We may retain User Content and Service Records as needed for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, accounting, and operation of shared content.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I.E. Stanislav Shishankin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, goodwill, business, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence expressly require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
